3/5/12 Meal-workout.

I didn’t get to workout this weekend but I tried to eat decently, luckily I didnt gain weight! So heres todays meal / workout! 

 Breakfast: 2 eggs,english muffin, ham and 2 table spoons of potatos (500)

 Lunch: Ham wraps and popcorn ( 300 )

 Gym: 30 mins cardio 30 str training.

 Dinner: Chicken and left over pasta. ( 500 )

3/2/12 - Meal/Workout

WELL. I didn’t post yesterday but it was sorta a blah day. Yesterday I only had 100 calories for breakfast and burned off 500 at the gym by 4:00 and felt so sick. I ended up giving in to a friend and went to Jack in the box, probably ate 1000 but still was under my take for the day.. Today is.. 

Breakfast: 1 table spoon pinto beans, small handful grated cheese, 2 eggs and english muffin. ( 400 ) 

Snack: Smoothie ( 200ish ) 

Dinner: Chicken breasts with brown rice ( not sure on calories yet just making a meal plan ) 

Gym: 30 mins cardio and 30 mins arm tone.
